Redmi 9A will be the first and the cheapest Xiaomi Android Smartphone to get pre-loaded MIUI 12

Redmi the Chinese base sub-brand of Xiaomi to launch Redmi 9 series Android Smartphones soon. But some of the leaks say that Redmi 9A from the 9 Series will be the first one to get preloaded MIUI 12. The leas also suggest that Redmi 9A will also be the cheapest Android Smartphone to run with pre-loaded MIUI 12. If you own a Xiaomi smartphone then you will be aware of the latest MIUI version 12 will be live within a month or two for all devices.

Xiaomi rolled out MIUI 12 stable beta updates to the first batch of its smartphones like Mi 9, Redmi K20/Mi 9T, and now it is releasing the MIUI 12 update to all Xiaomi smartphones. The release will be done OTA and if you are a Xiaomi smartphone owner, you are suggested to do it using Wi-Fi.

So let’s take a look at the leaked specifications of the Redmi 9A. Redmi 9A is said to feature a 6.53″ HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. The Android Smartphone is rumored to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC coupled with the Mali-G31 GPU and 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

It is expected to come with a single 13-megapixel sensor at the back of the smartphone. Whereas the smartphone will be having a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. In terms of battery, the Redmi 9A smartphone will be having a whopping 5,000 mAH battery and run on the latest MIUI 12.

As the leaks say it will be the cheapest Xiaomi smartphone to come with pre-loader MIUI 12, the smartphone is expected to be priced at $87-$107 (Rs 6,500-Rs 8,000). Also, take a look at the short overview of the MIUI 12 features.
