Xiaomi Launches Redmi Note 9 Pro Max Android Smartphone at just Rs 16,499 in India

The Chinese electronics giant launches its Redmi Note 9 Pro Max Android Smartphone in India today(27th May). The smartphone is to be sold in a flash sale on Amazon and Mi.com. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is priced at Rs 16,499 in India.

The Android Smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and runs on Android 10 based MIUI. Redmi Note 9 Pro Max comes in three variants 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB and priced at Rs 16,499, Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999 respectively.

If you look at the cameras, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max comes with a 64MP primary lens, an 8MP wide-angle lens, 5MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, users will get a 32MP in-display camera at the front. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch full HD+ display and is backed by a 5020 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

Along with the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max smartphone, the company also launched Redmi Earphone S. The newly launched Redmi EarBuds S feature Black color and is priced at Rs 1,799. The earphone is equipped with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) to deliver better voice quality during calls. Redmi Earbuds S comes with Bluetooth 5.0 and is said by the company to deliver up to 12 hours of usage with the charging case. Xiaomi Redmi Earbuds S are IPX4 rated, making them resistant to sweat and splash.
