Vivo X51 5G smartphone launched with Snapdragon 765G SoC, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage

The likes of the Vivo X50 smartphone has motivated the company to launch the Vivo X51 5G model. The new addition brings the company’s flagship 5G offering to Europe. The X51 5G appears to be a rebranded version of the Vivo X50 Pro that was launched in India in July.

The new high-specification Vivo X51 5G smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC. Compared to the normal Snapdragon 765, the 765G is optimized for gaming. This means the graphics card is higher clocked and the chip also supports additional software features Snapdragon Elite Gaming like Game Smoother, Game Fast Loader, and Game Network Latency Manager. Also, the chip is one of the first SoCs that integrate a 5G modem.

Coming to the specifications of the smartphone, the Vivo X51 5G features a 6.56-inch full-HD+ (2,376×1,080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Along with the Snapdragon 765G SoC, the smartphone is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage.

If you look at the cameras, the Vivo X51 5G smartphone comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.6 aperture, a 13-megapixel sensor with f/2.46 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle snapper, and an 8-megapixel zoom sensor. In addition, it comes with a gimbal image stabilization system that helps capture smooth, stable videos easily. As far as the front camera is concerned the company has fixed a 32-megapixel shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.

Various media reports claim that the Vivo X51 5G smartphone is priced at GBP 749 (roughly Rs. 71,900). In terms of the battery, the Vivo X51 5G smartphone comes with a 4,315mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Connectivity options on the phone include Wi-Fi 2.4G, 5G Wi-Fi MIMO, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, OTG, NFC, and USB 2.0.
