As said above, Hyper Scape is a mega battle royale first-person shooter game and will continue the Free-to-Play trend of Fortnite, Halo Infinite. Hyper Scape is set in the distant future of 2054. In the game, 100 contenders descend upon the virtual city of Neo-Arcadia to fight and be crowned champion. The game has been developed by Ubisoft Montreal and has all the elements any Battle Royale game should have. It has intense, fast-clipped action with a vertical map. Players can opt for matches between two teams of three players consisting of friends who want to play together or as solo players.

Hyper Scape also introduces a new intuitive feature called Hacks. Hacks gives players offensive and defensive capabilities and has to be earned. More importantly, all Hacks and weapons can be upgraded through the Fusion mechanic to produce more powerful iterations of the pre-existing item.

The debut season of Hyper Scape is called “The First Principle” and will have specific missions and rewards. According to Ubisoft, players will be given access to new gameplay content, new Hyper Scape Crowncast features. The First Principle will also feature a new weapon called Dragonfly and a new Hack called Magnet. Magnet Hack cand be used to trap unsuspecting opponents. The First Principle will include a total of 11 guns and 11 Hacks.

Players can buy the new Battle Pass after the Hyper Scape is launched. The new Battle Pass will cost gamers 950 Bitcrowns which are the in-game currency. The new battle pass will include new customization items, as well as 100 tiers of exclusive cosmetic items to unlock during the Season. Bitcrowns can be purchased from Ubisoft Store or earned by playing the game.

Gamers can progress their Battle Pass simply by watching Hyper Scape streams on Twitch with the Hyper Scape Crowncast extension enabled. Ubisoft says it will update the Hyper Scape with new content in the forms of seasons, just like The Division series.

Hyper Scape will have cross-platform synergy. If you play a level on Xbox One and exit, you can continue the same level on your PC or PlayStation 4. Gamers who played the Hyper Scape Technical Test version on PC will get all the cosmetic items they purchased or unlocked on their Xbox One or PlayStation 4 when the game launches.
