Nintendo shuts web-stores selling New ‘Team-Xecuter’ Switch Hack and files lawsuits against them

Nintendo is a Japanese consumer electronics and video game company headquartered in Kyoto. Nintendo is one of the world’s largest video game companies by market capitalization, creating some of the best-known and top-selling video game franchises of all-time, such as Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing, and Pokémon.

A few years ago a hacking group named as Team-Xecutor declared the release of an ‘unstoppable’ Nintendo hack. The hack helps users to load pirated video games onto the Nintendo console. Lots of people are using the advantage of the hack nowadays.

The gaming giant has now filed two complaints in the US court, the complaints were against the 8 web-stores that provide Switch hacks and mods and an Ohio federal court, lists nearby resident Tom Dilts Jr. and his enterprise Uberchips LLC as defendants.

The complaint was filed for the Uberchips.com website as a result of which hacks and mods are offered to the community. This outcome in significant theft and copyright infringement.

Tom Dilts Jr. and Uberchips LLC function a web page at UBERCHIPS.COM by means of which they give gadgets to the public, the sole goal of which is to hack the Nintendo Change video clip match console in purchase to allow for people to perform pirated movie game titles

Specifically, Defendants’ internet site sells goods from an anonymous team of hackers called ‘Team Xecuter.’ Crew Xecuter unlawfully layouts and manufactures an unauthorized working method termed the ‘SX OS,’ and accompanying piracy instruments that install it

The Pre-orders have been placed on the Uberchips, according to a report the first batch was offered out to 342 shoppers.

Nintendo states that this will result in “tremendous harm” and hopes to halt these product sales by way of this lawsuit. It accuses Uberchips and its owner of trafficking in products that violate the DMCA’s anti-circumvention provisions and want that to end.

Nintendo is asking for compensation for the damages it has suffered in the lawsuit and also says to seize or destroy all circumvention products.
