    1. Hi,
Factory reset cannot restore system files, when you fail to update system files already delete to replace with update but when it fail it cannot restore again. So to solve the problem you must re flash your phone

    1. I have successfully install costume recovery but when i flash the later superSU then check if i'm rooted with root checker it says "Sorry! Root access is not properly installed on this device. Hope you can help me with this problem.

    2. I successfully installed the latest and the superSU here and there was no error. And i can see the superSU icon on my phone. But when check if i'm rooted with root checker it says that "Sorry! Root access is not properly installed on this device". By the way how can I make logs? So i can post it here after I reinstall superSU by recovery.

    3. Look like so hard rooting your device, try using vroot or towel root both can be search at google and install on cpu then just klik root button. after that just install supersu or use default root application if you want. Maybe both application can help you

    4. Yeah its so hard xD. I will try vroot next time. Btw i have successfully rooted my phone with kingroot apk but when i installed superSU and update its binary, it failed to update superSU binary so i unroot my phone again with kingroot 🙂

    5. that why you cannot install supersu, pick one. kingroot or supersu, I think i conflict and make su binary from supersu cannot be installed, and then you uninstall kingroot. I think because of that. try another method.
