ATTRIB -H -R -S /S /D D:\*.* OR

Replace the drive “E” with the desired/infected drive/pen drive you want to scan. For eg; if you USB Pen Drive is infected and it connects to your PC/laptop through G: then replace the “D” with “G” in the above command.
Once it the D: lists all the hidden files, delete them through command prompt with Del *.* command. This will get rid of the dreaded Shortcut Virus
