With the new update, the Windows 10 users that have a monitor that offers 120Hz, 144Hz, or higher refresh rate will be allowed to switch between the highest and the lowest refresh rates. Starting with Windows 10 version 20H2, you can head to Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings > Display Adapter Properties and quickly change the Refresh rate.

  • Notification experience: You can now select the ‘X’ on the top right corner of a notification toast to quickly dismiss it. The ‘X’ option replaces the original right-faced arrow.
  • Taskbar: In this Windows 10 update the OS will adjust the taskbar icon layout on new PCs based on your Microsoft account usage.
  • Search bar: Microsoft is also experimenting with the smaller search box on the taskbar.
  • The update will also bring in Modern Device Management (MDM) improvements.

  1. Open the Start menu of your Windows 10.
  2. Search for Settings and open it.
  3. Go to Update & Security >> and click on Windows Insider Program.
  4. Click on the Get Started button.

  6. Select the ‘Beta Channel’ option and read and confirm the legal.
